I don't speak Gernman very well so please forgive me if I write in English. I enjot your site very much as it brings back a lot of memories, some good, some bad, but mostly good. I was wondreing if there is anyone out there who is in possession of any photographs of the ground crews that worked on 19 Squadron during the early 1970's, that they would like to share with us. Also I am in the process of arranging a 19(F)Squadron ground crew reunion at the former RAF Gutersloh station. Hello John, I am not sure if we have some groundcrew photos in stock. I think most (if not all) photos of 19Sqn groundcrews on our site were sent by you. Good luck with your plans for a crew reunion. Maybe you should also post your plans on other sites e.g. pprune.org (it's a site for pilots but there is a thread about Gutersloh in the Mid 70s) or on the Key Publishing forums at forum.keypublishing.com.

I Served on 19 Sqn. as a Sgt. Armourer from July 1975 - Dec. 1976.

Boss Armourer was Brian Standen, Eng.WO was Ron Beddoes, the Boss was The Pink Panther aka Robin Barcilon.

Did the mandatory trip to Decci. for the annual APC and mega Battle Flight duties.
